Hello there! We’re Michael & Katrina, the proud owners of Pique Property Solutions.
Our journey began with Pique Properties, Alberta’s leading short-term rental management company, where we’ve successfully helped real estate investors turn their properties into profitable, passive income streams. Now, we’re excited to bring that same level of expertise and dedication to Pique Property Solutions, our new venture in the cleaning industry.
Our story started with a simple vision: to make property ownership as stress-free and rewarding as possible. Having managed our own long-term rentals, we’ve experienced firsthand the frustrations of dealing with late payments, property damage, and costly repairs. We knew there had to be a better way to achieve financial freedom through real estate, and that’s when we turned to the short-term rental industry.
As avid travelers, we’ve always loved the unique experiences offered by platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. We wanted to bring that same level of excellence to the properties we manage, providing guests with unforgettable stays while maximizing profits for our clients. With the rapid growth of the sharing economy, we saw an incredible opportunity to help homeowners transform their investment properties into cash flow machines.

Each professional cleaner comes outfitted with over $1000 of professional grade tools and gear - and it's all eco-friendly! You don’t have to supply a thing! The tools make all the difference, and our Professional Cleaners master their gear. Here's what they bring with them:
Commercial grade vacuums with Hepa filters (These things seriously suck - pun intended!)
Professional grade microfibre cloths
Extensively researched eco-friendly cleaners for all scenarios
High dusters, extensions and ladders (We can get that spot!)
Color coordinated tools so we don’t mix areas of your home

How it works
You reach out to us via any of our contact methods: email, phone, Facebook, texting, etc. Or you can get a quote online using our online booking system. If you ever have any issues or questions just give us a call. We are here for you! :)
We take detailed notes from you about your home to make sure everything goes smoothly.
You receive a reminder the day before your appointment letting you know our arrival time.
Our Pro-Cleaners arrive at your home with all their gear.
Once finished, our Pro-Cleaners pack-up and leave you a note letting you know how the clean went.
